Complete the Basic Feedback Entry Form or the Expanded Feedback Entry Form.
Create a Cover Page for your script which includes: Script Title and Contact Information: Name, Address, Phone Number, and your Email Address.
Include a Return Envelope and the Following:
Business sized SASE for Basic Entries
10X13 SASE for Expanded Feedback Entries
Check made out to Screenbrokers
$20 for Basic Entries ($25 for international entries)
$40 for Expanded Feedback Entries ($45 for international entries)
$5 additional to enter the Best First Page Contest.
(Include title of entry and name of screenwriter on this page)
Note: Entries without SASEs will not be processed.
